If you are ready to complete your Online Check-in for your Norwegian Cruise Line cruise just visit www.NCL.com. Find the tab at the top of the page marked Get ready for your Cruise. Under this header click Online Check-in on the right hand side of the page you will see a box that says Create an Account (If you have traveled with NCL before & have an account already, just log in).
The next page that comes up will ask you if you currently have a reservation. Check yes and then Enter the details of the reservation (Legal 1st & last name, ship, sail date and NCL reservation #) click submit. Complete the form – you may wonder why you need to create an account & a password with NCL. This is to protect you. By creating an account and a password no one has access your information but you. Once you have created an account there are just 4 quick steps left.
To make this go as quickly as possible it is important for you to gather the information you need before you begin. Here is a checklist that will help.
All the Legal names (as they appear on the passport or birth certificate)
- The Ship, sail date and Royal Caribbean reservation number
- Passport number or appropriate proof of citizenship (birth certificate) and ID
- Emergency contact person (name & phone number)
- Travel plans before & after the cruise (Flight #’s and schedule)
- Credit card to set up Onboard Expense Account
With information collected you are ready to complete the online checking process.
Step 1) Personal information (Name, Address, Date of Birth)
Step 2) Contact information (emergency contact)
Step 3) Proof of Citizenship (Passport information)
Step 4) Ticket Contract (must accept terms & conditions)
The Online Check-in must be completed for each guest in your cabin. If you don’t have all the information at once you can save what you have and go back in to edit or add information later. Once the Online Check-in is completed and final payments are made you can print off your Edocs. This is your boarding pass.
Now it’s time to enjoy your Cruise! When is your next NCL Cruise?
